We all know that it is possible to absorb chemicals from "down there" (after all - think of a pessary), so why would you want to expose yourself to unnecessary chemicals every day in your sanitary products?
These mama cloths are great - two layers of super absorbent microfibre and a layer of hemp jersey gives an absorbency of over 50mL in a beautifully contoured product just a few mm thick. The top layer of stain-resistant microfleece wicks moisture through into a super absorbent core. A layer of fabulous soft, breathable, waterproof PUL ensures that there will be no problems with leakage, and definitely no telltale 'crinkle' noises. They feature an easy to use snap closure to hold firmly around your underwear. This same snap closure can be used to fold the pad up with the waterproof fabric outermost (to prevent leakage) in the event you need to change it away from home.
The regular absorbency is great as a panty liner and will easily cope with regular to heavy menstrual flow. Some absorbency also extends into the wings, to eliminate leakage. We also make a super-heavy-duty version for maternity use.
These are more comfortable than disposable products and way cheaper - why wouldn't you give it a go?
