Let’s face it, if you are dealing with a spilly baby then life consists of eating, sleeping and doing laundry! Cotton bibs are cheap and convenient, but soak through quickly, wetting baby’s clothes underneath. Bibs backed with water-resistant material help, but are expensive, can be difficult to wash and a large spill will still soak right through. Whatever system you are currently using, Murphy’s Law says that your baby will throw up during the twenty seconds it takes to change a bib!
Wouldn’t you like a bib system that is economical, easy to wash and protects your baby’s clothes at all times – even during a bib change?
After her experience with a very spilly baby, Daina designed this bib system to solve all those problems. The 3-layer base bib is fleecy and soft on top, with a really absorbent core. It has an adjustable neckline to ensure a snug fit around the neck, and fully waterproof backing – this a great bib in it’s own right. However it gets even better when you add on the special double-layer feature – interchangeable bib liners that are soft and really absorbent, quick to change, easy to wash/dry and economical. No more getting caught out while changing bibs! Each liner also consists of 3-layers of fabric - snuggly soft on the outside and absorbent in the middle - these really will take all your baby can throw at them. Each complete layer has an absorbency rating of approximately 90mL - that's a whopping 360mL absorbency and 12 layers of fabric for the whole set! This is quite simply the best bib available for reflux, spilly or dribbly babies.
A HotSwap set consists of a base bib and three interchangeable liners, available in dark blue (backed with navy), light blue (backed with periwinkle), dark pink (backed with burgundy), light pink (backed with rose) and yellow. All sets include a coordinated printed liner, but if you prefer plain liners only then just make a comment on the order form.
Extra plain liners, pocket liners and base bibs are also available separately.
We can also make products using natural bamboo & hemp fabrics, topped with super soft bamboo velour. This is great if you have a child who is sensitive to other materials. These come in an unbleached natural shade only - feel free to email us to discuss this option further.
