Payment is accepted by bank deposit, cheque or visa/mastercard – details will be sent to you when your order is received. Credit card payments are processed using Paymate, a secure third-party payment site that ensures that your details are treated securely and confidentially. Please note that goods will not be shipped until payment is received and cheque funds have been cleared (approximately 3 working days from banking).

Courier charges generally range from $5-10 depending on the size and weight of products purchased. Please select the appropriate shipping price on the order form, or if you are unsure select $0.00 and we will confirm a price by email. We can sometimes send smaller items more cheaply by NZ Post, and are happy to do so, but we cannot be held responsible for products lost in the mail should you choose this option.

Please note that we post once or twice per week, therefore New Zealand delivery times are approximately 2-10 working days from receiving your payment. If you require product urgently, please communicate this with us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

We can accept international orders by visa or mastercard. Please select the "international" option on the shipping page and we will confirm a shipping price with you by email.
